We accomplish this by listening to our clients needs and providing professional consulting and coaching, method competency, a structured approach and creativity. We do our job well because of our ideas, our years of experience and because we really enjoy what we do.

My work includes innovation strategies and management, conceptual product management and the introduction of innovative business models, products, and services. In addition, I accompany management executives and teams, especially during innovation processes, as business coach. Since 1995, I have been a competent dialog partner for more than 20 companies in more than 14 industries as well as a companion during repositioning via innovation.

Bringing forward new ideas, being creative: the conception of new products, services, and business models. Throughout the development of an idea, from its conception to the preparation of commercialization, I reinforce and conduct project teams as a consultant and interim manager.

A successful company needs a strong product strategy. Innovation processes need to be established, ideas need channeling. Innovation management that fits a company’s requirements is key to a company’s long-term success.

Accompany innovation: management coaching

Monitoring of innovation means improving a company’s efficiency – especially of its innovation teams – with foresight: to develop new perspectives with an external view, to generate new synergies as a coach and to pass on experiences in seminars.

With a beautiful view of the Alps, we are located close to Zurich at Lake Constance (I like sailing) in the South of Germany, near Switzerland and Austria.
